ரஷ்யாவில் உக்ரைன் நடத்திய வான் தாக்குதலில் அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்பு இடிந்து தரைமட்டமானது. இதில் 15 பேர் பரிதாபமாக உயிரிழந்தனர்.ரஷ்யாவின் பெல்கோரட் நகரில் உக்ரைன் நடத்திய வான் தாக்குதலில் 10 தளங்கள் கொண்ட அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்பு கட்டடம் இடிந்து விழுந்தது. பலர் கட்டட இடிபாடுகளில் சிக்கி கொண்டனர். மீட்புபணிகள் முழுவீச்சில் நடந்து வருகிறது. இதுவரை 15 பேர் பரிதாபமாக உயிரிழந்தனர்.
இடிந்து விழுந்த அடுக்குமாடி குடியிருப்பு அருகில் உள்ள கட்டடங்களும் இடிந்து விழும் என்ற அச்சம் ஏற்பட்டது. இதனால் அந்த குடியிருப்பில் இருந்த மக்கள் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டனர். இது பற்றி பெல்கோரட் கவர்னர் வியாசெஸ்லவ் கிளாட்கோவ் கூறியதாவது: இடிபாடுகளை அகற்றும் பணி நிறைவடைந்து விட்டது. உக்ரைனின் தாக்குதலில் அப்பாவி மக்கள் 15 பேரை இழந்திருக்கிறோம்’ என்றார்.
