ரஷ்யா சென்றுள்ள பிரதமர் மோடிக்கு அந்நாட்டின் உயரிய விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது.ரஷ்ய அதிபர் விளாடிமிர் புடின் அழைப்பின் பேரில் பிரதமர் மோடி அரசு முறை பயணமாக ரஷ்யா சென்றுள்ளார். அங்கு மாஸ்கோவில் க்ரெம்ளின் மாளிகையில் அதிபர் புடினை சந்தித்து பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தினார். இதில்எரிபொருள், வணிகம், பாதுகாப்பு உட்பட பல்வேறு விவகாரங்கள் குறித்து இரு நாட்டு தலைவர்களும் ஆலோசனை நடத்தினர்.இன்று (09.07.2024) நடந்த நிகழ்வில் ரஷ்யாவின் உயரிய விருதான ‛‛ஆர்டர் ஆப் செயின்ட் ஆண்ட்ரூ ”விருதை பிரதமர் மோடிக்கு வழங்கி விளாடிமிர்புடின் கவுரவித்தார். இந்த விருது கடந்த 2019-ம் ஆண்டு வழங்கப்பட ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டிருந்தது.இடையில் கோவிட் தொற்று உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு காரணங்களால் ஒத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டது.இன்று விருது வழங்கி கவுரவித்தார் ரஷ்ய அதிபர் புடின்

இது குறித்து மோடி கூறியது, புடினுக்கு எனது இதயபூர்வ நன்றி. எனக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட விருது 140 கோடி இந்தியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட மரியாதை. இரு நாடுகளிடையேயான பரஸ்பரம், நம்பிக்கை, ஆழமான நட்பு ஆகியவற்றிற்கு வழங்கப்பட்ட மரியாதை என்றார்.
புடின் மகிழ்ச்சி
புடின் கூறியது, மோடியின் 10 ஆண்டு கால ஆட்சியில் இந்திய -ரஷ்ய உறவு வலுப்பெற்றுள்ளது. பிரதமர் மோடிக்கு விருது வழங்கியதில் எனக்கு மகிழ்ச்சி என்றார்.
